Conversion of a semi-derelict Grade II listed shop in Bedale Market Place for use as a Learning Resource Centre and associated office space. Involved significant structural repairs and total renovation, timber and damp treatments, re-roofing, insertion of lift and stairlift etc. Completed in 2007.
